Review: Gorgeous gown, but disappointing condition
Absolutely gorgeous gown. The fabric is beautifully heavy and substantial, and once you put it on, it really feels like it wraps around the body beautifully. I ordered a size S at 173 cm, and the only alteration I may need is taking around 2 cm off the length, as it is slightly too long even for my height.
I’d also seen some reviews mentioning the metal corset wires being visible. They are slightly noticeable, but once the dress is properly fitted and the fabric is positioned correctly, they aren’t particularly uncomfortable or distracting.
It also comes with transparent straps, which is a nice detail if you prefer a little more support around the shoulders.
My only real disappointment is the condition in which the dress arrived. It had quite a strong perfume smell, and the bottom of the skirt was visibly dirty. For a new dress, I really expected it to arrive fresh and pristine.
Please like my comment if it's useful ♥️
